One of the negatives was the shower, which was not up to par. It was in need of replacement and did not provide a satisfactory showering experience.

The host was knowledgable about the area and had plenty of leaflets about nearby attractions. We also appreciated the option of having a luxury bathroom on the landing in addition to the en-suite.

There wasn't much to dislike! As the hotel is situated in the countryside, it's best to have a car, as it's a bit far out from the nearest town.
